Eds Creation was established on May 24 2005 by Edmund Tan.

Ed has been in the banking sector for the past 24 years and has decided that should he retire he would like to do something which he will enjoy and yet keep him occupied.

As Ed has always been interested in precious & semi precious stones and has been collecting semi-precious stones since he was 18, he decided to start a jewelry business dealing in semi-precious stones, silver and 14Kgold filled findings.

Ed attended courses conducted by BeadHub in Singapore and taught by Tanja. Tanja has been an inspiration to Edmund and he would like to make beautiful pieces like those done by his teacher.

Eds Creation is located at 1 Scotts Rd, Shaw Center, Unit 04-62.

Ed designs and handcrafts his own pieces from precious metal clay which when fired becomes 99.9% pure silver.

All the materials used as specially hand picked by Ed himself.

For the wire/beaded jewelry which Ed taught himself uses semi-precious stones, glass and natural materials to create his pieces and uses mainly 925 silver and 14K gold filled findings.

After being in this line for 1 1/2 years Ed has discovered that he works very well with Pearls, Onyx and Rose Quartz and as such going forward all his pieces will have a combination of all or 1 these 3 components in his pieces of art with a combination of other materials to enhance the beauty of the piece. Now 4 years down he now is very into tourmaline and you will find lots of pieces made with tourmaline as well as individual tourmaline pieces which Ed has specially picked for his customers and comes with Certificates duly approved by a geomologoist.

All pieces of art created are unique pieces as Ed does not replicate them unless specially requested by the client who purchase the piece of art.

Ed has also complete a stringing course by Beadhub and now provides professional stringing services to his customers at a reasonable charges. Ed has recently obtained his Diploma in Creative Jewelry Art.
